If you are having issues being logged out of Access Tonic as soon as you log in, there are several factors which could be causing this.

Recommended browser

For best use of the system, we recommend using Google Chrome browser.


Browser settings for cross site tracking

Safari

If you are using a Safari browser on an iOS mobile/tablet device, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings app on your device.

  2. Click into the Safari tab.

  3. Scroll down to Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and switch it to off.

Chrome

If you are using a Chrome browser on an iOS mobile/tablet device, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings app on your device.

  2. Click into the Chrome tab.

  3. Scroll down to Allow Cross-Website Tracking and switch it to be on.


Clear browser history and cache

Clear browser history and cache on a regular basis to ensure smooth running of the system.
