You can create and manage discount codes in Access Tonic, which you can then apply to applicable or all tickets.
You can create a discount code by following the below steps:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Click Discounts.
Enter the discount code information.
Code: The code the customer uses to apply the discount. Please note codes are case sensitive.
Status: Set if the discount code will be public or hidden. A public discount code will be visible on the event page and throughout DesignMyNight.com
Ticket Type: The ticket type the code applies to.
Amount Discounted: Amount deducted in pounds or a percentage.
Max Allocation: Number of codes that can be used per event date, per ticket type.
Expiry Date: When the code is valid until.
Applicable Dates: The event dates that the code is valid on.
Click Save.
