Push Access Tonic purchases to EPoS

If you have integrated Access Collins with any EPoS, you can send ticket purchases to your EPoS through the Access Collins integration.

Once you have set up the Access Tonic and Access Collins integration, you can activate sending the ticket payments to any EPoS including Access EPoS, Zonal or Lightspeed by following the steps below:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.

  2. Click the Manage Integrations tab.

  3. On the Access Collins integration, click Edit Integration.

  4. Under EPoS Integration, enable pushing to EPoS by selecting from Yes or No.

Note: Your 'Push To EPoS' preference can be set at venue group level so that it automatically applies to all future events and removes the need to set it event by event. To activate this, please contact your customer success manager, or [email protected]. Please note, it will apply the requested setting to all future events, but any current events will need to have the EPoS Integration setting applied manually.

Within Access Collins

You'll see if the ticket payment has been sent to your EPoS by checking if the Access Tonic transaction has a yellow arrow on the Payments section in Access Collins
