Display all attendees for an event. If needed, use the filter icon to change the order to display purchases, and to filter the bookings shown by ticket status or ticket type.
Use the Attendee's section to display attendees for an upcoming event.
Details shown include the customer name, email, and ticket info and any products, data collection or comments attached to the purchase.
Log onto the Access Tonic Scanner App.
Select Attendees.
View attendees who have purchased ticket for the event.
Check In or Check Out tickets within the transaction
Log onto the Access Tonic Scanner App
Select Attendees.
Search using name, email or reference in the search box at the top of the app.
Select transaction.
Select Check in ticket or Check out ticket.
