You can view, search, and download transaction data from various places in the admin depending on whether you want to see data for an individual event date, event, or across all of your events.

You can locate specific data using the options below:
To view transactions for certain events or purchase dates, use the filter bar.
To look up a specific transaction, use the search bar.
To download the data into a CSV file, click Download.
Master transaction search
If you know the customer name, purchase reference number or email address of the transaction, you can find the purchase following the steps below:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Transactions for the applicable event.
This is in the black banner along the top of the screen.
Enter the purchase reference number or email address of the transaction.
Event level transaction search
To view and download transaction data for a specific event, follow the steps below:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Transactions for the applicable event.
Scroll down to the Customer Data tab.
Click Download.
Event date transaction search
To view and download transaction data for a specific event date, follow the steps below:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Sales for the applicable event.
Next to the specific date, click Transactions.
