You can choose to collect names, email addresses and phone numbers during the checkout process. This is useful if you need to get in touch with guests before an event takes place to let them know of the location of a previously secret event, for example.

Collect the customer data

Follow the steps below to collect this customer data:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, select Manage for the applicable event.

  2. Select Edit Listing & Tickets.

  3. Click the Ticketing tab.

  4. Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section.

  5. To Collect the customer's name, click Yes by Require Each Guest's Name.

  6. To Collect the customer's phone number, click Yes by Require Contact Number.

  7. Click Save Changes.

Download customer data

Follow the steps below to locate and download customer data:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, select Manage for the applicable event.

  2. Select Customer Data.

  3. Use the Search function to locate individual purchases.

  4. Click Download to receive an excel spreadsheet containing customer information via your email.

Collect delivery addresses

You can set up an address capture form during the checkout process to simplify the process of sending out delivery based products, allowing you to easily access delivery address information within a uniform format by following the steps below:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, select Manage for the applicable event.

  2. Select Edit Listing & Tickets.

  3. Click Ticketing.

  4. Scroll down to your ticket types.

  5. Click the small cog situated on the right of the ticket type you wish to add the delivery address option to.

  6. Scroll down to Requires attendee's address and click Yes.

Once in place, guests who purchase a ticket with this enabled will see a form to fill out during the checkout process.

If a customer is making a purchase of multiple items, they will have the option of setting an alternate delivery address for each one if purchasing for someone else within the next page. Otherwise, it will default to the same address as the lead booker.

The collected address information can then be found within the Attendees List section of the event admin within the Delivery Addresses tab.

This information can also be extracted as a .CSV file by clicking Download.
