You can edit and update both guest names and email addresses by following the below steps:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Click Attendees List.
Search for the booking and click Show.
Click the Edit button located to the right of Ticket Holder Details.
Update either Guest name or Guest email.
Click Resend to send the confirmation and updated E-ticket to the guest.
Click Save Changes.
Once updated, the amended names will be reflected within both the Attendees List PDF and CSV file.
