Edit available ticket allocations

You can increase or decrease the allocation of a specific ticket type to update how many tickets are on sale, or to take tickets off sale.

Once an event is live, you can update ticket allocations per ticket type, per event date via the Manage Sales section of the event admin.

To update the allocation, follow the steps below:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Sales for the applicable event.

  2. Go the event date and click Edit Allocation.

  3. Increase or decrease the Tickets Remaining column.

  4. Click Update Allocation.

To take a specific ticket type off sale, set the allocation to zero.
