Ticket breakdown

There is a breakdown of the ticket and product sales underneath the graph. This shows various details including:

  • The number of tickets available for the event in total.

  • How many tickets have been sold.

  • The number of tickets that were discounted, or purchased through a promotion.

  • Sales that any reps have made.

  • Total revenue.

If you have any additional products for the event, these appear under the Ticket Breakdown information within their own section, as well as any ticket groups you've set up. This helps you to easily see which time slots were the most popular, for example.

Export sales report

You can download a PDF file detailing the ticket sales breakdown for past and future event dates. The PDF details total ticket sales for your event by ticket type, total additional product sales, and, if your event runs across various days, also breaks this information down bye each individual event date.

To download the sales report, follow the steps below:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event

  2. Select Export Sales Report.

  3. Input a Date Range to view.

  4. Click Download and a PDF file is generated.

When you select a date range, to the left of the date selector tool you have the option to immediately input a set date range for ease of use, as well as being able to enter a custom range if a more specific selection is desired.
