Apply max tickets per ticket group
If you are running an event with multiple ticket types within a time slot, and you need to limit the number of tickets that can be sold across the tickets in the time slot, you can set an overall limit for each group of tickets by following the below steps:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Click Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click Ticketing.
Click + Add Ticket Group.
To rename the group, click the arrow beside each group.
To add tickets to the correct groups, click the cog
icon to the right of each ticket type.
To place the ticket in the relevant group, use the Ticket Group drop-down list.
In Max Tickets Per Event, enter the overall limit per time slot.
Click Save Changes.
Once you've applied the maximum ticket number, ticket quantities are automatically linked across all ticket types within the group and show as Sold Out once the maximum ticket value has been reached.
Edit ticket group allocation

Next to the date you want to edit the max allocation for, click Edit Allocation.
In the Ticket Group section, edit the ticket quantity in the Tickets Remaining column.
