You can exchange purchases by ticket type or event date, regardless of the price difference.

Move the transaction
To edit a customer's transaction, follow the steps below:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Select Transactions.
Search for the customer's booking by email or purchase reference number.
Select the purchase.
Click Edit Transaction then make your changes:
Change the ticket type:
From the Tickets list, select a new ticket type.
Click Save Changes.
Change the booking date:
From Change Date list, select a new event date.
Click Save Changes.
Note: If the ticket you are switching to is of a lower price, the difference will not be refunded back to the customer.
Resend tickets to the customer
Once you've switched the booking, you can resend the updated tickets to the customer by following the steps below:
Close the Edit Transaction window.
Click Resend Tickets.
The ticket allocations automatically update when you move tickets.
