You can move a ticket purchase from one event to another by following the below steps:

From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
From the left-hand menu, select Switch Purchase Event.
In Move Purchase (Purchase Reference), enter the DMN booking reference number.
In From Event, check that the correct event name and original event date are displayed.
In To Event, select the new event date to move the booking to.
In Choose Ticket Types, select the ticket type to move the booking to.
Depending on whether you want the customer to receive the updated E-ticket, click either:
Resend Tickets
Don't Resend
Select Switch Event.
Important notes
Access the Switch Purchase Event tool in the admin of the event you wish to move the booking to, not the admin of the original event.
Before moving a purchase, check the available ticket allocation. You can over-allocate tickets for the event you are moving the booking to.
Once you've moved a booking, the tickets automatically go back on sale on the original event and the allocation updates on the new event.
You can switch the ticket to one of a different price, eg. if the original purchase is Β£20, you can allocate the customer new tickets of a different price.
If the customer has purchased additional products, the products are moved with the booking if switched to a new event.
If the customer has purchased additional products, you can't move the booking if the new event does not also have additional product options.
