The customer data download is the most comprehensive report that can be downloaded from Tonic. The report is in CSV (Excel) format and provides an in-depth view of customer and financial data per transaction.
Key data found on the report includes; the customer's name, email address, and phone number. Total revenue figures, any discounts applied, the purchase date, and the date paid. Comments, Data collection answers, and any products associated with a transaction are also displayed.
You can download this data for a single event date, all dates on a specific event page or event brand page, or, across all event pages by following the below steps:
Note: Depending on its size, the file downloads either straight to your desktop or is sent to you via email:
Downloads with less than 750 transactions download to your desktop as a CSV. file.
Downloads with more than 750 transactions are sent to the email address that you are logged in with.
A single event date
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Sales for the applicable event.
Search for the event date.
Click Transactions.
Click Download.
All dates on a single event page
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Click Customer Data.
Click Download.
All dates on an event brand page
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Your Event Brands.
Select Customer Data.
Click Download.
Across all event pages
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Transactions from the black banner at the top.
Optional, select Event Date To/From.
Click Download.
