View and download finance statements

You can view financial statements and use them to see a breakdown of ticket funds already received.

Finance statements are available three working days after the event has taken place. They provide a breakdown of revenue per ticket type, overall net revenue, DMN fees, and VAT and voucher deductions where applicable.


View and download financial statements

You can view and download a copy of all financial statements following the steps below:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Finance in the black banner at the top of the admin.

  2. Use the Dates From / To search to locate specific statements.

  3. Click either PDF or CSV to download your statement.


Receive an email copy of the financial statement

To automatically receive a copy of the financial statement, follow the steps below:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.

  2. Select the Edit Listing & Tickets tab.

  3. Click Ticketing.

  4. Add the email address to the Payment Notification Email field.

  5. Select Save Changes.

Note: Ticket funds are paid into the nominated bank account four working days after the event takes place.
