Finance statements are available three working days after the event has taken place. They provide a breakdown of revenue per ticket type, overall net revenue, DMN fees, and VAT and voucher deductions where applicable.
View and download financial statements
You can view and download a copy of all financial statements following the steps below:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Finance in the black banner at the top of the admin.
Use the Dates From / To search to locate specific statements.
Click either PDF or CSV to download your statement.
Receive an email copy of the financial statement
To automatically receive a copy of the financial statement, follow the steps below:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Select the Edit Listing & Tickets tab.
Click Ticketing.
Add the email address to the Payment Notification Email field.
Select Save Changes.
Note: Ticket funds are paid into the nominated bank account four working days after the event takes place.
