We're pleased to announce the latest release of Access Tonic, which includes the updates below.
Time slot urgency labels improvement
We've revised how urgency labels work for time slots to ensure they accurately reflect actual ticket availability:
The yellow urgency border will now display around a time slot when there are fewer than 20 tickets available across all ticket types within that time slot
The urgency labels now show the actual total number of tickets remaining, e.g. "7 remaining", rather than multiplying by the number of ticket types. This fixes an issue where urgency borders would appear without corresponding labels, or where incorrect availability numbers were shown
The calculation for the urgency labels now tracks actual ticket sales in real time rather than being fixed to the overall limit
Urgency label prices now include the booking fee for greater transparency
High resolution product images in the checkout
Product images are now displaying in higher resolution, eliminating blurry images in the checkout and providing attendees with a clearer view of what they're purchasing.

This release is automatically deployed on Wednesday 23 April 2025 to all our customers along with a package of bug fixes and performance improvements.
