For quick and efficient scanning, you can use the Access Tonic Scanner App, by downloading the Access Tonic Scanner for free from the Apple or Play Store. However, if you use external ticket scanning apps or devices, you can also download barcodes directly from the Access Tonic admin.
See steps below on how to download your ticket barcodes:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
From the left hand side banner options, scroll down and click Settings.
Click Download Barcodes.
Click the drop down arrow to select the required event date, then click Download Barcodes.
