Customers can rate an event out of five stars and leave reviews. You can deactivate or reactivate user reviews and reply to user reviews by following the steps below:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Select User Reviews.
To disable future reviews and remove current reviews, set Enable User Reviews to No.
To enter a custom message you would like to appear on the follow up email, select Customise Email.
To publicly reply to a user review, click Add Reply.
Note: You can't remove a single customer review. DesignMyNight has website content guidelines that we can moderate reviews against. To put forward for review, please contact [email protected]. Should a review fall outside of our accepted user review guidelines, we can remove it.
