Manage user reviews

How to edit the review email, respond to a user review and switch on or switch off reviews from displaying on an event page.

Customers can rate an event out of five stars and leave reviews. You can deactivate or reactivate user reviews and reply to user reviews by following the steps below:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.

  2. Select User Reviews.

    • To disable future reviews and remove current reviews, set Enable User Reviews to No.

    • To enter a custom message you would like to appear on the follow up email, select Customise Email.

    • To publicly reply to a user review, click Add Reply.

Note: You can't remove a single customer review. DesignMyNight has website content guidelines that we can moderate reviews against. To put forward for review, please contact [email protected]. Should a review fall outside of our accepted user review guidelines, we can remove it.
