Set your event page up to accept Reps who can help boost ticket sales in return for a commission percentage of the ticket price.
Follow the steps below to successfully set up the Rep functionality for your event:
Set Rep commission rates
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Click Reps.
Enter Rep Commission Rates.
Accept Reps.
Accept Rep requests
Once you've completed the steps above Reps can request to sell tickets to the event. To view pending and approved Rep requests, return to the Reps tab and view Registered Reps.
Event Organisers can view individual Rep codes, number of tickets sold by Rep and total commission earnt.
Information on becoming a Rep
To become a Rep you need to create a DesignMyNight account by following the below steps:
Go to DesignMyNight.
Click Log in/Sign up.
Click Sign Up.
Fill in your details and click Sign Up.
Once you have an account, you can go to the event page and under the Buy Now button click Rep This Event.
Commission funds can be requested two working days after an event has taken place. There must be at least £10.00 in your account to make a withdrawal.
