Creating an inactive event on DesignMyNight

To stop an event from being visible on DesignMyNight, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Access Tonic admin.

  2. On your event, click Manage.

  3. Click the event dashboard.

  4. Use the drop-down in the top right to set the event to hidden by clicking Hide Event.

Note: This will stop the event from appearing in the DesignMyNight website search results but the page will still be accessible from through a URL link. You will still need to stop ticket sales via Manage Sales and issue refunds if applicable.
