If your event page is showing Sold Out but there should still be tickets on sale, it's likely that you've applied a setting by mistake when setting up the event page.

To get the tickets back on sale, please check the following settings to see if they are causing the issue:
Total tickets per event
Sell until
Max tickets per event
On sale until
Total tickets per event
This feature limits the number of tickets that can be sold in total for the event date. Once reached, the ticket displays as Sold Out.
On your event, click Manage.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click the Ticketing tab.
Ensure that the figure in the Total Tickets Per Event box is correct.
Sell until
You can set tickets to automatically come off sale and display as Sold Out a certain number of hours before the event start time.
On your event, click Manage.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click the Ticketing tab.
Ensure that the number in the Sell Until box is correct.
Max tickets per event
This feature limits the number of tickets that can be sold within a ticket group. Once reached, the ticket group displays as Sold Out.
On your event, click Manage.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click the Ticketing tab.
Click the ticket group/s.
Ensure that the figure in the Check Max Tickets Per Event box is correct.
On sale until setting
Tickets come off sale on the date and time specified in the box below:
On your event, click Manage.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click the Ticketing tab.
Click the cog
icon to the right of each ticket type.
Ensure the On Sale Until figure is correct.
Add more tickets
In the case that the tickets have sold out, you can add more tickets by following the below steps:
Click Manage Sales.
Click Edit Allocation.
Update the Tickets Remaining value.
If you've checked that the above settings are correct, and your tickets are still displaying as Sold Out please contact your Account Manager of the DMN Support team.
