Cancel an event date
To cancel an event date, please follow the below steps:
โ ๏ธWarning: When you cancel an event date you refund ticket holders and stop future ticket sales. Once a purchase has been refunded, it cannot be reversed.
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Click Manage Sales.
On the required date, click Cancel Date.
If it's the day of the event this button reads Refund Date.
Enter a message to be sent to the customer with the refund notification.
To confirm refund action, enter your password.
Click Cancel Occurrence.
๐ค Tip: To take tickets off sale for a particular event date without cancelling the event date or refund customers, use the Sold Out button. This sets the event date to Sold Out and no further tickets can be purchased.
Add a cancelled event banner
You can add a banner which displays 'Sorry, this event has been cancelled' across your lead image.
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
On the right hand side of the Dashboard, click the arrow drop down to select Cancel Event.

On the pop up, confirm by selecting Cancel Event.
Remove the cancelled event banner
You can remove the banner which displays 'Sorry, this event has been cancelled' across your lead image.
