Add time slot tickets
You can sell tickets with varying start times through the same listing by following the steps below:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, select Manage for the applicable event.
Click Edit Listing & Tickets.
On the Event Details tab, set the overall event start and end time.
Go to the Ticketing tab.
Click Add New Ticket then add multiple ticket types.
Set the varying ticket times in the Start Time and End Time fields.
If the tickets are only to be on sale on specific dates or certain days of the week, click the cog button to set the Applicable Dates that the ticket should be on sale.
Click Save Changes.
π€Tip: The ticket times display to customers, but we recommend adding the ticket start time into the ticket name too.
Enable time selection first in checkout
During the event creation process, you can make it a requirement for customers select a time slot before they select a ticket.
Follow the steps below to successfully apply this setting to your ticket set up:
Click Manage on your event.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click Ticketing.
Scroll to Ticket Display Options.
Select YES next to require time selection before ticket selection.
Click Save.
