On sale from and until times
To set a ticket to automatically go on or off sale at a certain date and time, follow the below steps:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click the Ticketing tab.
Click the Cog
icon on the right of the ticket type.
To set the ticket sales date, use the On sale from and On sale until drop-down lists.
This will override any sell until times.
Click Save Changes.
Once you've set the dates, a notification shows on the customer-facing page advising when the tickets go on sale.
Applying sell until times
You can also apply a sell until time at event and ticket level.
Event level
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click the Ticketing tab.
Scroll to Ticket Functionality Options, then add the number of hours before or after that tickets will be removed from sale.
This can be set hours before event starts, hours after event starts and hours before the event finishes. This can be overridden at ticket level.
To apply sell until time to ticket times, select Yes.
Click Save Changes.
Ticket level
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click the Ticketing tab.
Click the Cog
icon on the right of the ticket type.
On sell until, add the number of hours before or after the event that the ticket will be removed from sale.
This will override the sell until rule added at event level.
Click Save Changes.
