Integrate widget coding into the back end of your website to seamlessly sell tickets from your website. There are several widget customisation options you can use to change the design and style of the widget to suit your branding and preference.

Find the widget coding

Follow the steps below to successfully add a widget to your site:

  1. On the Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage next to the event.

  2. Scroll down to the Widget Wizard tab.

  3. Customise the colours of the widget via the Widget Design dropdown.

  4. See advanced options for the widget via the Widget Customisation dropdown.

  5. Copy HTML code or Widget URL from the Widget Code box located at the bottom and paste it into your website.

On the right-hand side of the page, you're shown an example of the widget which will update as you use the custom design settings so that you can see how the widget will look on your website.

Open widget on a specific date

You can set the widget to open on a chosen date by following the below steps:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event

  2. Click Ticket Widget.

  3. Click Widget Customisation.

  4. Click Yes for the "Do you want to open the widget on a specific date?" option.

  5. Click the Choose a date drop-down menu to select which date the widget should open up to.

  6. Preview the function on the right hand side.

  7. Copy and paste the updated HTML code within the Widget Code section into your website.

You can do this multiple times for various dates if you wish to promote multiple dates individually across your site - simply apply the settings and copy the automatically generated code into your website.

CSS styling widget customisation

Customise and style the ticket widget with basic customisation tools within the Access Tonic admin.

In the Ticket Widget section of your event admin, you are able to apply basic customisation tools to style your widget to match your websites style, colours and design. If you would like to make further changes to the widget appearance you will need your web designer to override the CSS and apply custom styles.
