An update has been made to linked occurrence events when using the new widget. When an event attendee clicks on a linked occurrence event, the Book tickets button now seamlessly converts the new widget to the linked occurrence event.

This allows customers to continue selecting tickets easily across different event dates, whether events are linked or not. The improvement ensures a smooth and intuitive booking experience for your users.

We've updated the guest checkout option to make it more visible and increase ticket sales. The sign in page of the checkout has been simplified, reducing barriers to purchase and making it much easier for customers to complete their booking.

Both sign in options, Sign in and Continue as guest, are now visible on mobile devices without having to scroll. This change aims to provide a more straightforward and user-friendly checkout process.

This release is automatically deployed on Tuesday 28 January 2025 to all our customers along with a package of bug fixes and performance improvements.
