How to highlight specific ticket and allocation elements by applying labels that display in the checkout journey to the customer.

Custom Labels

Create a label to highlight ticket specifics which shown to customers when viewing and selecting ticket types.

To create a custom label, follow the below steps:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, select Manage for the applicable event.

  2. Go to the Edit Listing & Tickets tab.

  3. Go to the Ticketing tab.

  4. Select the blue cog button next to the applicable ticket type.

  5. Click Add New Label.

  6. Add label text up to 25 characters.

  7. Choose a font colour and a background colour.

  8. Select Add.

  9. Select Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: A maximum of two custom labels can be added per ticket type.

Here is an example of ticket types which have added custom labels.


Urgency Labels

Set custom urgency labels to appear when a certain percentage of your each ticket is left.

To create urgency labels, follow the below steps:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, select Manage for the applicable event.

  2. Go to the Edit Listing & Tickets tab.

  3. Go to the Ticketing tab.

  4. Scroll down to ticket display options, then urgency labels.

  5. Add the number for first urgency label.

  6. Add the number for a second urgency label.

  7. Select Save.
