Receive a daily sales report

Set up a daily report of ticket sales to be sent to nominated email addresses, featuring sales made on the previous day.

Receive a report of the previous day's ticket sales via email each morning.

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event

  2. Select Edit Listing & Tickets.

  3. Click Ticketing.

  4. In Daily Sales Report Emails, enter the required email address.

  5. Click Save Changes.

  6. From the left-hand menu, click Notifications.

  7. By Daily Sales Report Opt-in, click On.

  8. Click Save Changes.

Note: You will not receive a report if no sales were made the previous day.
