Pre-sale purchase links

Take your event page off sale to the general public by sending out pre-sale purchase links to a single or mass group of customers via email.

Send a pre-sale code

To enable pre-sale and send a singular pre-sale code, follow the steps below:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.

  2. Click Pre-Sale.

  3. Select the event date.

  4. Enable Pre-sale.

  5. If sending a singular pre-sale code, click +Add Code.

  6. Enter the customer's email and ticket allocation.

  7. Click Add Code.

  8. In Presale Code, tick the box next to Email.

  9. Click Send Email With Code.


Send a mass upload of pre-sale codes

You can mass upload pre-sale code email addresses to admins by following the below steps:

  1. Create a CSV file and populate the details as follows:

    • Column A: Email addresses.

    • Column B: Ticket allocation per email address.

  2. Click Upload Codes and select the CSV file from your computer.

  3. Once the emails have finished uploading into the Presale Codes section, tick the Email box.

  4. Click Send Email with Code.

Note: To put the event date on general sale, the pre-sale function needs to be deactivated.
