The daily sales volume graph can show you ticket sales by the purchase date or the event date itself, and you can choose to view the data on a day-by-day or monthly basis, depending on your selected date range. This gives you the average number of sales per day.
To view the sales volume graph, follow the steps below:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Click Dashboard, then click Sales Volume.
To view data based on when guests purchased their tickets, click Purchase Date.
To view purchase data for individual event dates, click Event Date.
To see data across a chosen date range, click Event dates between and select the dates required.
