24 hours after your event has taken place, it will be moved from the events tab within your Access Tonic admin to the past events tab. All the event data continues to be stored so you can view previous sales information and customer data.
🤓Tip: If you want to list a new date for an event you've previously ticketed on Access Tonic we recommend adding the new date to the past event. This way the event will keep its SEO ranking on Google and any user reviews posted for the event.

Log into your Access Tonic admin.
From the subheadings (Events, Pending Events, Past Events) select Past Events.
