If your tickets have come off sale earlier than you expected, it's likely related to a setting you applied during set up. To put tickets back on sale, check the following admin features to see if one of them is the reason tickets have come off sale:
Check Total tickets per event
Check if you've reached the total tickets per event limit. This feature limits the number of tickets you can sell across all ticket types for each event date until the number is reached.
Click Manage on your Event.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click the Ticketing tab.
Scroll down and check the Total Tickets Per Event field.
Check Sell until
Tickets sell up until the time frame you've given. After this date, tickets will no longer be on sale.
Click Manage on your Event.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click the Ticketing tab.
Scroll down to the Sell Until field.
Check Max tickets per event: Group level
This feature limits the number of tickets that you can sell within this ticket group.
Click Manage on your Event.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click the Ticketing tab.
In the tickets section, click on each ticket group.
Check Max Tickets Per Event.
Check On sale until: Ticket level
This feature controls the time that each ticket is set to be on sale until.
Click Manage on your Event.
Select Edit Listing & Tickets.
Click the Ticketing tab.
Click the blue cog located to the right of each ticket type.
Check On Sale Until time.
π€ Tip: In the case that the tickets have just sold out, you can add more in the Manage Sales section.
If you've checked that the above settings are correct, and your tickets are still aren't on sale, please contact your Account Manager of the DMN Support team.
