Use the Access Digital Assistant

To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow the steps below.

  1. In Access Tonic, click the Access Digital Assistant image.png icon.

  2. Select Send us a message, then Ask a question to type your query into the Message bar.

    • The Access Digital Assistant searches the full knowledge base to generate a suitable answer.

  3. Review the answer and suggested guides.

  4. Confirm whether the answer has resolved your query

    • If your query is answered, click the thumbs up image.png icon.

    • If this hasn't resolved your query, click Talk to a person and the Access Digital Assistant will transfer you to Live Chat support.
