Add comments to the attendee list

Add an internal comment or note about a customer's booking which will display on the Attendee List.

You can add comments to the attendee list by following the below steps:

  1. From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.

  2. Click Attendee List.

  3. Select the event date.

  4. Click the pen and paper icon by the customer's name.

  5. Add notes in the Comments section.

  6. Click the green tick.

Note: You can view all comments by clicking Download List.
