Create a label to highlight ticket specifics which shown to customers when viewing and selecting ticket types.
From your Access Tonic dashboard, select Manage for the applicable event.
Go to the Edit Listing & Tickets tab.
Go to the Ticketing tab.
Select the blue cog button next to the applicable ticket type.
Click Add New Label.
Add label text (max 25 characters).
Choose a font colour and a background colour.
Select Add.
Select Save.
π Note: A maximum of two custom labels can be added per ticket type.
