Mass upload a large volume of customers to Access Tonic so that all your ticket holders sit in one place. This will automatically update the remaining ticket allocation so that you don't oversell and if adding the customer's email address, they'll automatically be sent an e-ticket which can be used to admit them into the event.

Follow the steps below to successfully upload multiple guests to your event:
From your Access Tonic dashboard, click Manage for the applicable event.
Click Attendees List.
Select the event date from the drop-down calendar.
Click the small arrow next to the + Add To List button.
Select Add Multiple to List.
Click Generate Template CSV.
A .CSV file will then download directly to your desktop.
Enter the ticket and guest information underneath the options across the top row.
Return to event admin and drag/drop the .CSV file back into the Add Multiple to List option
Once processed, the customers will now be present in the Attendees List, Customer Data tab and Manage Sales sections of the admin.
If you are attempting to upload customers but it's not working, ensure the following advice is followed:

1. So that the .CSV file can successfully uploaded, do not change the formatting of the file.
2. A customer will not upload unless these fields have been completed:
ticket_type
quantity
first_name
last_name
